- Does it hurt?
- Most piercings cause only brief, mild discomfort — the process is very quick. Our experienced piercer will talk you through each step so you feel comfortable and in control.
- What jewellery do you use?
- All piercings are completed with high-quality titanium labrets — hypoallergenic and ideal for healing. Jewellery upgrades are available for an additional fee.
- Do you use needles or a gun?
- We use only single-use sterile needles — never a gun. Needles are safer, more precise, and cause less trauma to the tissue, resulting in better healing.
- How old do I need to be?
- Piercings are available from age 7. Those 16 and over need no parental consent. Ages 7–15 are welcome with a parent or guardian present to sign a consent form — photo ID is required for both.
- How long does healing take?
- Lobes typically heal in 6–8 weeks. Cartilage piercings (helix, rook, daith etc.) take 3–12 months. We'll give you full aftercare advice at your appointment.
- Can I choose my jewellery?
- Yes — all piercings include a titanium labret as standard. If you'd like to upgrade to a different style or material, just let us know when you book and we'll advise on what's suitable.
